At the end of the 1990s, Jean-Etienne and François Matton released their first Minuty Prestige. It should be an ideal image of a rosé from Provence and meet the highest standards.
This cuvée consists of the typical Mediterranean grape varieties Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Rolle, the latter a white vine. The grapes grow in the AOP Côtes de Provence and come partly from the winery's own vineyards and from plots of contract winegrowers who cultivate according to Minuty's strict specifications.
The Minuty Prestige is a light-colored modern rosé with an engaging and open bouquet, its aromas are reminiscent of citrus fruits such as grapefruit and blood orange, as well as white currant and raspberry. On the palate it is charming, precise and clear. A vital rosé wine with a long finish and excellent balance. Delicious!
The Prestige Côtes de Provence from Minuty harmonizes with many dishes, we particularly recommend it with seafood, fish ceviche and sushi, grilled vegetables or fish, pasta, and mixed starters.
