The red wine cuvée Matura from the Studier winery is a very charming Palatinate red wine, dry, but not bone dry.
It consists of the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, St. Laurentand Merlot. Its fruit, reminiscent of plums, is intense, with aromas of fresh herbs and coffee beans. On the palate it shows a lot of fullness and a silky fruitiness in the finish. The excellent 2020 vintage with its intense fruit and ripe tannins further supports this wine character.
A wine that many people enjoy, therefore also one of the best-selling at Studier. Enjoy it with cold plates, pan-fried dishes, BBQ or with pizza and pasta.
