The Matassa Coume de l'Olla was fermented on the mash, unfiltered and bottled without the addition of sulfur. The wine has a lot of deposit, so you should let it stand for some time before opening so that the deposit settles and then carafe it.
On some bottles the labels are slightly discolored and may have small scratches. Hence the special price.
