The project by Nicolas Jaboulet of Maison les Alexandrins & and Patrick Bruelvon, owner of Domaine de Leos is this elegant Provence wine that's actually just part rosé and some white wine. However, it looks like a rosé and tastes like both. The grapes come from organically certified cultivation.
The special varietal cuvée of this wine is that, in addition to the Grenache Noir vine, from which a rosé is made, it also contains two white grape varieties, Bourboulenc and Vermentino. This unusual vine composition makes this wine something very special and of course it does not meet AOC statutes and is therefore called IGP Méditerranée.
