The Laurent Perrier Champagne Rosé is a characterful champagne from a unique origin. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The champagne is made using the maceration method, in which the grape skins remain in contact with the must to give it its intense color and fruity aroma. It is a cuvée from the best vineyards in Champagne. The rosé matured on the yeast for at least four years and was bottled with a dosage of 9 g/l.
The Laurent Perrier Champagne Rosé impresses with its bright salmon pink color and its fine and long-lasting perlage. It unfolds a fresh and lively scent of red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, cherries and currants. On the palate it is round, juicy and harmonious, with a perfect balance between fruitiness and acidity. It reveals aromas of candied fruit, citrus, yeast and chalk. It has a long and elegant finish with a touch of minerality.
