The Laurent Perrier Champagne Grand Siecle is an exceptional champagne that perfects the art of assemblage. It is a cuvée from the best vintages and the best locations in Champagne. It consists of 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir, which come from 11 Grand Cru villages. It matured on the lees for at least eight years and was bottled with a minimum dosage of 7 g/l.
The Laurent Perrier Champagne Grand Siecle is characterized by its brilliant golden color and its fine, lively perlage. It unveils a complex and refined scent of citrus fruits, white flowers, honey, brioche and toasted almonds. On the palate it is full-bodied, creamy and harmonious, with a perfect balance between freshness and maturity. It reveals aromas of candied fruit, apricots, peaches, quinces and vanilla. It has a long and elegant finish with a touch of minerality.
Laurent Perrier's Grand Siecle is the ideal companion for festive occasions and goes well with seafood, lobster, caviar or foie gras. It should be served at a drinking temperature of 8°C to unfold its full splendour.
