The Landerer Winery also prepares a delicious “Easy to drink Rosé” from the red grape varieties Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. This is produced using the so-called saignée process, in which a certain amount of juice is extracted from the red wine must without pressing. This gives the wine its bright pink color and avoids the tannins from the skins, which would not go well with the taste of a fruity rosé wine. This is how the Landerer Rosé Saignée is created, a delicate rosé wine with juicy berries and lots of charm. It also works ice cold in summer.
