Jacky Blot is a talented winemaker known for his subtle Cabernet Franc from the AOP Bourgeuil. The highest elevations of the Domaine de la Butte are obviously called “Le Haut de la Butte”. This cuvée is particularly elegant, the tannins are fine and, despite its emphasis, it is always fresh on the palate.
