Grillo is the most popular white grape variety in Sicily, it has multiplied its cultivated area in recent decades. The wines are fresh and lively, even in the warm climate of the island and is characterized by aromas of citrus, mango and passion fruit.
The Stemmari Grillo grows in Acate, in the province of Ragusa. Harmony characterizes this soft white wine, exotic fruits such as mango and papaya, even a hint of jasmine and white flowers can be found.
