With the Légère, the Deutzerhof offers a charming and uncomplicated red wine cuvée for every day. Just "Legère"! It is made from the traditional Ahr grape Pinot Noir, which brings with it the elegance and notes of raspberry and black currant, the Dornfelder contributes the dark color and cherry aroma, and there is also the Regent variety, which brings strength and structure to the Légère.
2019 was an exceptionally good red wine year with intense wines, which of course makes this cuvée particularly recommendable. The Légère from the Deutzerhof winery is a first-class party wine, as it meets the taste of many people with its fruity and dry to semi-dry nature. It is also an excellent accompaniment to pizza and pasta, as well as poultry with red cabbage or grilled dishes.
