To complete the grape variety portfolio, the Forunel siblings from Domaine les 4 Vents are now also cultivating Roussanne. The vines of the plots in Mercurol are still very young, therefore ideal for the Pichounettes blanc, which inspires with its fruity charm. It is aged in vats for 6 months. Mineral notes and the coolness of the 2021 vintage can be found in the fragrance, citrus notes, some toast and a floral scent can be found in the bouquet. I also find the floral note in the fresh and quite powerful finale. A very nice Crozes-Hermitage from only one grape variety. That's rare.
