This white Côtes-du-Rhône classic Parallele 45 from Jaboulet Aine has been grown organically for several years. Like its red counterpart, this one also consists of a combination of southern and northern Rhône vines, specifically Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Viognier and Bourboulenc. The Parallele 45 blanc is a full-bodied white wine that also has a lively freshness. It is long and balanced and an ideal partner for stronger dishes, so it is definitely an alternative to red wine.
