The Domine Antonin Guyon owns around 1.2 hectares of vines in Chorey-les-Beaune. The Les Champs Longs has a calcareous clay soil and is planted with Pinot Noir that is on average 35 years old, which gives the wine considerable depth, and the excellent 2020 vintage ensures the juiciness of the fruit. It was bottled after fifteen months of aging in barrels.
The 2020 Chorey-les-Beaune Les Chapms Longs is now at the beginning of its best drinking phase. The rather voluminous nature of this wine and the ripe tannins make it very supple, the long finish with aromas of raspberries and cherries is very delicate.
