The Château Minuty Rosé et Or comes from the winery's vineyards in the AOP Côtes de Provence, which have an HVE (High Environmental Value) certification. 80% comes from the Grenache Noir grape variety, which provides the fullness in the wine, plus Cinsault and Rolle, which contribute freshness. They come from three terroirs, Gassin, a camp with slate soil surrounding the castle, Vidauban with its heavier clay soil, and Ramatuelle with sandy soil near the sea.
The talented and experienced team at Château Minuty composes this wonderful rosé wine from these different vines and locations. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand. During preparation, the wine is gently moved using gravity.
This Minuty Rosé et Or is all about elegance. Its aromas are reminiscent of ripe peaches, pears and melons. On the palate it is round and fresh at the same time, the wine has a remarkable clarity and a long and balanced finish. A top rosé.
