Comes from the coolest corner of the Jura wine region. This Arbois Pupillin has great elegance, freshness and a subtle, mineral quality. Pure cool climate. The Borde wines also mature very well, the 2016 Chardonnay Terre du Lias was still fresh in January 2024.
