The Caliterra Chardonnay Reserva is fermented to 30% in used barriques, which gives it a delicate woody aroma that goes perfectly with the taste of the Chardonnay vine. It grows in Santa Marta in the Valle de Casablanca, an ideal growing zone for white wine, where the wines have a lively freshness. The soils contain clay and granite.
The Caliterra Chardonnay Reserva is a juicy and soft white wine of medium weight, fruit notes such as mango, pear and citrus fruits, accompanied by a hint of toast from the barriques. In the mouth it has a delicate, creamy fullness, it is balanced and fruity, and intensively shows the grape variety character with a slightly tropical touch in the finish.
