The Vignes de Nicole line is produced on Château Paul Mas in Nicole, west of the town of Montagnac in Languedoc. On clay and limestone soils, the grapes mature perfectly in the warm Mediterranean climate, to give this soft-fruity dry wine style, which makes the giant success of the Paul Mas wines.
The white wine "Vignes de Nicole" consists of the Chardonnay and Viognier grapes, which combine to form a wonderful cuvée, the Chardonnay, matured in oak barrels, gives richness, structure and of course the oak aroma, the fragrant Viognier contributes to the fullness also a variety of subtle aromas . The wine has a light yellow color, even slightly golden. Very elegant scent with aromas of pear, tropical fruits, peach and citrus, a touch of vanilla and roasted bread. Juicy and round on the palate, low acid, full-bodied with a long, fruity finish. High class!
