Poggiotondo only makes a white wine, the Vermentino. It is fermented in a temperature-controlled steeltanks and then aged on the yeast for 60 days, which increases the structure and complexity of the wine. There are yellow fruits in the scent, the wine tastes soft and has a medium-weight body, the finish is long-lasting and smooth. A universally usable Tuscany white wine with lots of charm. Organic wine.
