The vineyards of the Vigneti Zabù are vinified and marketed under the direction of the Farnese group, by the way, the winery of the year 2016 and 2017 in the Veronelli wine guide, in the industrially almost untouched landscape of Sambuca di Sicilia.
A new addition to the range is the Vanitá Nero d’Avola in the Appassimento process, in which the grapes are dried in order to obtain an even more concentrated juice or, afterwards, wine. The Appassite has an enormous wealth that is otherwise not known in this price range. Typically for a modern southern Italian, it is located in the semi-dry area, as is known from many Primitivo wines.
