The brothers Alain and Bruno Malet run their winery in the Loire valley, in the AOCs Touraine and Valencay. In the life of the brothers wine is the focus, Alain takes care of the administrative side and Bruno is responsible for the vineyards. In the wine cellar work, they are both involved. There are no such things as modern technology like a website or e-mail. After all, recently, the ancient green-yellow label in amphora form has been replaced by a more handsome variant. But all this is not important, because the content is important! If you should give someone an idea of the taste of the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc, you should let the person taste this wine: intense aromas of currants, gooseberries and beeswax puts a smile on the face. This continues on the palate, the aromas of this wine are so intense. It is wild and fine at the same time, its sustainability and precision remain in the memory far beyond the long finish.
