This lively white wine from Domaine Bousquet is made from the Torrontés Riojano grape (only called Torrontés on the label) and Chardonnay. The Torrontés Riojano is the most important local white wine variety of Argentina, it is characterized by a fragrance reminiscent of Muscat and a stable acid, which predestines it for growing in warm regions. It is an ideal partner of Chardonnay, which gives ceamy and voluminous wines.
It has an intense scent of tropical fruit notes such as pineapple, mango and peach, plus a fine floral note. On the palate, it shows a nice balance between body and freshness and a long-lasting finale. This slightly exotic white wine goes well with fish and seafood, also with asian dishes. Organic wine
