The Sylvaner growas particularly well in the middle part of the Eisack Valley. This wine from the Eisack Valley winery grows on mineral-rich gravel and weathered quartz phyllite soils at an altitude of between 500 and 800 meters. It shows aromas such as peach, apricot and apple, the basic direction of the bouquet is fresh and clear. On the palate it is of medium weight, perfectly balanced, a lively white wine that impresses with its fine aroma and balance. Sylvaner not from Franconia, but still worth it.
