A charming and clear Sauvignon Blanc of medium intensity, the grape variety is clearly recognizable, but the aroma is ripe, not too green. The typical aroma palette between nettles and black currants literally jumps out of the glass, this wine is loud, but also really beautiful in its clarity and typicality. Here, too, neither oak nor malolactic fermentation is used to maintain the lively, fresh taste. The Sauvignon is also fermented to the end, no noticeable residual sweetness in the taste. We really like that.
