The Sauvignon Blanc Vignobles Paul Mas has a light golden color with green reflections. The scent is very typical of the variety, gooseberries, currants, citrus fruits and a slightly tropical touch. This Sauvignon Blanc from the sunny south of France is tasty but not heavy, its lively nature triggers a refill reflex. What Paul Mas fills into the bottles here is really remarkable. Crystal-clear expression, good fullness, well balanced and all for really little money. Well done!
The wines in the Vignobles series Paul Mas are produced from vineyards belonging to the Nicole winery near Pézenas and the Château Paul Mas in Conas. Michel Mas is in charge of the winemaking, assisted by Australian oenologist Richard Osborne, who mainly takes care of the white wines.
