The Sauvignon Blanc grapes of the Cantina Tramin grow in polts with lime, clay and gravel soil at heights between 350-500 meters, which have a high temperature difference between day and night, what gives the wine its special finesse. Its characteristic bouquet is typical for the Sauvignon grape: nettles, gooseberries, elderberries and currants. On the palate it is fresh and intense, well balanced and with a subtle finesse. Very well done!
