The Vignes de Nicole line is produced on Château Paul Mas in Nicole, west of Montagnac in the Languedoc. On clay and limestone soils, the grapes mature perfectly in the warm Mediterranean climate, to give this soft-fruity dry wine style, which is responsible for the great success of the Paul Mas wines.
The Rosé Vignes de Nicole by Paul Mas is made from the typical Mediterranean grapes Grenache (40%), Cinsault (40%) and Syrah (20%). Stylistically a modern rosé with light color and a charming berry scent, the palate is characterized by elegant lightness and balanced mildness, the final is equally light and yet long lasting. Try it with summer salads or light grilled meats, seafood or just like that. A great rose and a price sensation. April2019
