The Saulheimer Hölle is the showpiece of the Thörles' vineyards. The warmth of this terroir regularly brings perfectly ripe grapes for the winery's top Riesling. Hölle is planted with very old vines that give the wine depth and grip. It is one of the richest types of this grape variety, has yellow-fruity notes such as peach and pineapple, due to its maturity, it has a lot of body and gives a creamy impression on the palate.
