The Thörle Riesling Gutswein is the business card of the winery. Even here, the best-ripened grapes in vineyards around Saulheim were picked with great care in several harvesting passes. The must was fermented spontaneously, i.e. without the addition of fermentation yeast, and then aged with the yeasts for 6 weeks in steel tanks (90%) and in used large wooden barrels (10%). The perfect ripeness is rewarded with a concise but ripe acidity, which Riesling fans appreciate. Citrus notes and peaches can be found in the bouquet, the wine tastes fresh, elegant and also surprisingly powerful, which is rarely found in this class. Our darling!
