The scent of the Pinot Grigio (= Pinot Gris or Grauburgunder) from Cantina Terlan is reminiscent of ripe pears, lychee and honey melon, and it also shows floral notes, as if from a mowed meadow of flowers.
The taste has the typical alpine freshness, is perfectly balanced, the wine has a good extract and leaves a creamy mouthfeel in the long finale. Very good!
Even in the baseline, the Cantina Terlan underpins its reputation as one of the best wineries in Italy.
