Christoph Koenen also gives his Pinot Blanc a typical Moselle style and, by the way, a lot of charm. The wine has good depth and body with a relatively low alcohol content. It was carefully aged in oak barrels, which results in a delicate vanilla note, which, however, only subtly adds aromatic flavor to the wine in the background, but never dominates it.
This is what its maker thinks: "Our Pinot Blanc is full of charm and cosiness as a dry, fresh and delicately fruity all-rounder. Both on its own and in combination with food, it is pure pleasure at the highest level."
