The Macon Village is aged in steel tanks at Domaine Daniel Pollier so that its fruity character and freshness are preserved. In the rather cool 2021 vintage, Pollier's Macon has a beautiful clarity, fullness and animating freshness, with a medium weight. A very typical Chardonnay from southern Burgundy, aromas of apricot and peach can be found in the bouquet and in the aftertaste.
