High quality Lambrusco is little known outside of Italy, especially when it comes to dry Lambrusco. It is an ideal accompaniment to meals, fresh, lively, relatively low in alcohol and, thanks to its carbonic acid-tannin combination, an ideal partner for high-fat dishes and it is also inexpensive. The Secco from Villa di Corlo is an exciting sparkling wine with noticeable tannins, aromas of sour cherries and herbs. Beautiful, refreshing, full of character.
