GT-V is the name of the top Viognier by Vermeersch, the wine gets more complexity by its slightly oak influence that accompanies the floral fragrances very pleasantly. This white wine has a voluminous body, which you don't perceive as being heavy, but rather as power, what is very typical for this variety and a long-lasting aftertaste. This high-quality Viognier grows in Suze-la-Rousse, a Côtes du Rhône Villages municipality, but is legally called Vin de France because the AOC statutes do not allow wines from only one grape variety. Anyway, this is an irresisible Viognier for a nice price.
