This extremely tasty everyday Veltliner from Pfaffl was grown on loess soils in the Weinviertel, north of Vienna. Lively, soft, with fruity notes such as apple and citrus, plus pepper and herbs. A perfect all-purpose wine that goes well with a variety of dishes, especially with summer salads, fried chicken, Wiener Schnitzel and fish dishes, it is also an excellent accompaniment to Asian-flavored dishes. A real bargain.
