Grenache Noir loves warmth. It therefore thrives in the Languedoc and shows its full potential for producing spicy and silky soft red wines with a rather low tannin content. This delicious red wine is complemented by the noble vine Syrah, which brings colour, structure and a beautiful berry aroma. The Vignobles Paul Mas Grenache / Syrah has exactly that softness and velvety fullness, aromas of red and black berries, a little cherry and the Mediterranean herbal spice, also known as garrigue
The wines in the Vignobles series Paul Mas are produced from vineyards belonging to the Nicole winery near Pézenas and the Château Paul Mas in Conas. Michel Mas is in charge of the winemaking, assisted by the Australian oenologist Richard Osborne, who mainly takes care of the white wines.
The Paul Mas wines have an excellent price-benefit ratio in every catergorie..
