There are hardly any very light dry wines with less than 10% alcohol in times of climate change. Pfaffl has thought about it and has launched a wonderfully light white wine with only 9.5%, the “Ganz Zart”, a cuvée made from Grüner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc and a little Muscat. The amazing thing about this wine is its balance and it tastes anything but thin. There's taste in there! A great party wine.
