The dry Bergerac rosé by Château les Fontenelles is produced in the so-called Saignée process, in which a part of the must is extracted from the red wine must shortly after pressing and fermented without the mash to the rosé wine. This results in a middle intense coloured rosé which a fruity and intense nature and a very fair price.
