The Pinot Grigio berry skin gets a slightly reddish color when fully ripe. The mash for the blush Pinot of Biscardo is macerated overnight, which means that this berry skin color is transferred to the later wine. Strictly speaking, this is a white wine, even if it looks like a rose.
Anyway, it tastes great! Fresh lively, irresistible berry aroma with floral notes, best balance, fresh and lively. Gorgeous!
