Avesso is the main grape variety of the Quinta de Covela, it is typical of the Vinho Verde sub-region Baião. It is a high-quality variety that makes relatively full-bodied wines, but is somewhat susceptible to vine diseases, tjis is why its cultivation area is not too large. The Covela Avesso Vinho Verde is carefully handpicked to get optimal grape ripeness. It is fermented and aged in stainless steel, which promotes freshness and fruit. It is a really good all-purpose wine with aromas that are reminiscent of apple, citrus fruits and white flowers, it goes perfectly with Mediterranean fish and vegetable cuisine or just as a summery wine for the terrace. Organic, vegan and fermented without enzymes.
