The star in the Allnatt Rosé by Paul Mas is the grape variety Cinsault, which plays the main role here. It delights with its intense fruit, its wide aromatic spectrum and the soft texture on the palate. This selection of best parcels is enhanced by a yield limit that leads to a more concentrated must and ultimately to a more complex and characterful wine. A small portion of Pinot Noir adds an extra freshness to this fine rosé. Summer in the glass in every season!
