This characterful white wine from Luis Pato consists of the local grape varieties Bical (50%) which grows on calcareous clay and Cerceal (25%) and Sercialinho (25%) which prefer sandy soils. After fermentation, it is stored for 6 months in 650l Allier oak barrels. Notes of citrus and tropical fruits can be found in its fragrance. On the palate it is full of pressure and fresh at the same time, you can tell the rather cool growing region. Prepared with great sensitivity. Very fine!
