In 2019, the harvest was so small that Eric Thill, contrary to his single-variety philosophy, bottled a cuvée of Poulsard and Pinot Noir for the first time. The grapes were completely destemmed, harvested when Eric gives Thill the start after tasting the berries. This very typical Jura red wine has a slightly darker color for these grape varieties, looks ripe in terms of the grapes, but is still rather cool in terms of the fruit. The tannins are perfectly ripened, the wine has a great length and a lot of elegance. It doesn't always have to be a Burgundy. Organic wine.
