The Grgic white wine is made from the Dalmatian Posip vine, in this case grown on the island of Korčula, where the cooling winds provide ideal growing conditions. The Posip grape variety retains a certain acidity even in warm growing areas, which makes it the finest and most elegant white wine grape in Dalmatia. Depending on the vintage, Grgic stores his Posip in French barriques for between 4 and 6 months, where the wine breathes subtly and the pleasant vanilla aromas from the oak barrel. A wine with a lot of nobility, Dalamtia's Burgundy.
