Filippo Baccalaro is responsible for the vinification , he's a specialist for modern production methods, equipped with the latest cellar technology. The wines grow above the Lake Arancio, where an ideal climate for winegrowing exists.
The Vigneti Zabu Nero d'Avola is fruity, powerful and soft at the same time, in its balanced taste it shows much spice. A very nice wine at an unbeatable price .
