The Nero d'Avola is originally from Sicily and is the most important red grape there. The gentle character with the soft tannins has fans all over the world, in addition, most wines of this variety have a very consumer-friendly price level.
The Stemmari Nero d'Avola comes from Sambuca di Sicilia. It was even aged in French oak barrels, where it matured for 6 months. The result is a supple red wine with blackcurrant, raspberry and pomegranate reminiscent aromas. Lots of wine for little money.
