The Muscat de Rivesaltes belongs to the genus of the Vin doux Naturel, whose fermentation is stopped with grape spirit to preserve the sweetness. The Muscat de Rivesaltes is one of the most enchanting wines of the Domaine Paul Mas. Its amazingly beautiful fragrance inspires as well as the juicy sweetness of the fruit. This aromatic wine is equally suitable as an aperitif and as a dessert wine, preferably to fruit cakes such as apricot tart. It also fits perfectly with blue cheese.
The wines of the Vignobles Paul Mas range are produced from vineyards of the Nicole estate near Pézenas and the Château Paul Mas in Conas. Michel Mas is responsible for the vinification and is supported by the Australian oenologist Richard Osborne, who mainly cares about the white wines.
