The Rosenberg sweet late harvest from Christoph Koenen is luscious and sweeter than the Kabinett from the same winery, but here too a dashing acidity contrasts with the natural sweetness, so that the wine has a wonderful balance. The aromas go in the yellow-fruity to tropical direction, also here with a beautiful brilliance and freshness. Or as the winemaker himself puts it: "Everything dances and tickles the palate. Your tongue will be amazed."
