A great Meursault, probably one of the best wines in the commune. A great hit by Benjamin Leroux, a white Burgundy that will last for years, if not decades. The 2022 vintage is excellent, but unfortunately also very rare, so you should hurry.
This masterpiece smells delicately of barrique, then the fruit pushes into the Virdergrund, ripe citrus fruits and a hint of flower meadows, plus vanilla and nuts. On the palate it is enormously complex and breathtakingly powerful. Many other wineries cannot keep up with their Grand Crus. It doesn't get any better than that. A Chardonnay to dream of.
