The Capoalago Gewürztraminer by Madonna delle Vittorie is grown in vineyards in the municipalities of Arco and Nago-Torbole, in the flood plain of the river Sarca. Here it is particularly windy, which ensures a good ventilation and prevents rot. Quite typical of this variety the wine smells intensively of roses, in addition to aromas of yellow fruits such as peaches and lemons. Striking is also the relatively moderate alcohol content, which keeps this Traminer lively.
