The Embruns de Viognier has been certified organic since 2019. The Viognier combines a creamy, full body with an intense fragrance like hardly any other grape variety in the world. Apricots, peaches, mandarin and a touch of chamomile can be found in Michel Gassier's Embruns de Viognier. The wine is concentrated and still has a lively freshness in the finish that makes you want to take the next sip. It is aged without contact with wood in cement tanks, as is common in the south of France. A beautiful wine made with style and skill, sparklingly clean in expression and very typical of the variety.
